These terms govern use of DripDM. If you use the service, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
DripDM helps you:
- Connect an Instagram professional account
- Reply to comments, story replies, and direct messages
- Store contacts and run a bio page
- Send scheduled messages and optional AI replies
- Export contacts to Google Sheets or a Meta audience
Features can change. A plan can hide a feature.
2. Who can use it
The service is for business use.
You confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old
- You can bind the business you act for
- You will follow the law and the Meta and Instagram rules
3. Your account
You keep your password private.
You are responsible for activity in your workspace.
A plan sets how many people can join one workspace. You are responsible for the people you invite.
You are responsible for the data you put into the service.
4. Customer data
You are the controller of the contacts and messages you collect. DripDM processes that data for you.
You confirm that:
- You have a lawful basis to collect and store the data
- You gave any notice the law requires
- Each person you message opted in, or you have another lawful basis to contact them
- Your message content follows the advertising and consumer laws that apply to you and to the recipient
5. Acceptable use
You must not use DripDM to:
- Break the law or a Meta or Instagram policy
- Send unsolicited or deceptive messages
- Promote a fake product, a fake testimonial, or a fake income claim
- Run a pyramid scheme or a similar recruitment scheme
- Impersonate a person, brand, or product you do not operate
- Interfere with the service or its rate limits
- Open a new account to avoid a suspension
You must not help another person do those things through a template, a course, or an account you control.
You instruct DripDM to review account content when that review is needed to check these terms, a platform rule, or the law.
6. Other services
DripDM depends on Meta, Stripe, Google, Resend, and a chat-model host when you turn those features on.
DripDM is not responsible for an outage or a decision made by those providers. Meta can revoke access. That can stop automations.
7. Fees
Some features need a paid plan. The price is shown before you pay.
Stripe processes the payment.
Fees are not refunded, except where the law requires a refund. A termination for breach does not create a refund.
8. Intellectual property
DripDM owns the service, the software, and the brand.
You keep ownership of your content and your contact data.
You give DripDM permission to process that data only to provide the service.
9. Availability
We work to keep DripDM available. We do not promise that it will be free of errors or interruptions.
We can change, pause, or stop the service.
10. Liability
The service is provided as is and as available.
To the extent the law allows, DripDM is not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
Total liability for a claim is limited to the fees you paid for DripDM in the 12 months before the claim.
This limit does not apply where the law forbids a limit, including liability that cannot be excluded.
11. Your duty to cover claims
You will cover DripDM for a third-party claim that comes from your use of the service, the messages you send, or your breach of these terms, the law, or a platform policy.
This includes claims from message recipients, regulators, and platform providers.
12. Suspension and end of access
You can stop using DripDM at any time.
We can suspend or close access if you break these terms, or if we must do so for security, the law, or a platform rule.
We can act without advance notice when the conduct looks unlawful, deceptive, harmful, or risky to our access to Meta.
We can disconnect an Instagram account, stop automations, and refuse a new account that we reasonably link to a closed account.
After a closure for breach, we can keep the related records and report the conduct to Meta, a payment provider, or an authority. The privacy policy describes how long we keep those records.
13. Law
The laws of the place where the DripDM operator is established govern these terms.
If a consumer law in your country gives you a right that cannot be waived, that right still applies.
14. Changes
We can update these terms.
If a change materially affects your duties, we will tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect.
A change required by law or security can take effect immediately. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the change.
